Quotes and estimates
Prices shown on the site and the survey estimate are starting points, not offers. A project begins only after you accept a written quote that sets out scope, price, timeline and payment milestones.
Payments
Unless the quote says otherwise, projects require a 50 percent deposit to start and the balance before launch. Monthly services are billed in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days notice.
Client responsibilities
You confirm you have the rights to any content, logos and images you provide, and you are responsible for the accuracy of claims made on your website, including licensing and regulatory statements.
Ownership
When the final invoice is paid, you own the final design and custom code created for you. Third-party themes, plugins, fonts and libraries remain under their own licences.
Results
We follow best practice for SEO and performance, but no agency can guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue, because search engines and markets are outside our control.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service concerned in the previous three months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws stated in your written agreement. If none is stated, disputes are handled by good-faith negotiation first. Last updated September 24, 2026.
