Refund Policy

Before work starts
If you cancel before we begin design work, your deposit is refunded in full minus any payment processing fees.
During a project
If you cancel after work has started, we refund the portion of the deposit not yet covered by completed milestones, and hand over the work completed to date.
After launch
Completed and approved work is not refundable. Every project includes 14 days of free fixes after launch.
Monthly services
Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days notice. The current month is not refunded.
